Fuel Management System

Fuel in any organisation is not only an extremely valuable commodity, but also highly tradable in a dubious manner.

We have developed an integrated solution (with OnKey Maintenance Management) to address the management of fuel stocks but also to provide detailed reporting of fuel consumptions per individual transaction per driver as well as per vehicle.

The system reconciles bulk fuel tanks’ dip readings with individual pump meter readings on a daily basis and variances are carefully tracked. Fuel issues internally and externally is recorded to report on actual fill-up consumption against benchmarks per vehicle. This system can be operated as a standalone system as well.
